12" innertube filled with sealant which will seal most punctures assuming that the offending foreign object has been removed. NOTE: The sealant will seal the hole but the tube may require topping up with air, and the wheel may need to be spun in order for the sealant to reach the hole. Valve stem is at 90 degree's for easy access. Ask for a deal when you buy new rubber all round.
