• ✅ Complete Bike Strip-Down – Bike dismantled to the bare frame

• ✅ Frame Wiped Down & Inspected – Checked for cracks or wear

• ✅ Drivetrain Removed & Deep-Cleaned – Chainset, pedals, bottom bracket, chain, cassette & derailleurs degreased, cleaned, and reinstalled or replaced if worn

⏱️ Service Turnaround Time:

Due to the complexity of the fork service, turnaround time can range from 1–3 weeks depending on current workshop volume and fork brand/model.

• 🕒 Drop-Off Time: Please bring your bike in by 11:00am on your service day

• 🚲 Bike Condition: We ask that bikes arrive relatively clean – extra cleaning may incur an additional charge

• ♻️ Parts Disposal: Any worn or broken parts will be responsibly disposed of unless you request to keep them

• 📦 Bike Collection: Please collect your bike within 7 days of service completion. A storage fee may apply after this period
